I’ve been a Dry Wash client for over 21 years. I dropped off my first load at a small store that had just opened at Info Barra. Since then, I’ve noticed that the company’s grown, but their services, unlike others, have also grown and improved. I’ve never had any problems with them and have always experienced excellent customer service from their staff. They’re fast, efficient, and competent and what they do. At the moment, I’m taken care of by Marcia, an extremely friendly manager, and by their attentive delivery person, Lucas. Highly recommended. Excellent!!!!!!!
I’ve been using DryWash ever since I moved to Barra in 2015. Exceptional service, I schedule the pick-up and delivery of my clothes, and it always goes according to plan. What makes it even easier is that I can use Whatsapp to set up everything. I’ve never had problems, my items have never been damaged, I can pay with a credit card at my doorstep, and the clothes come back flawless. Finally, everyone there is extremely courteous and helpful, especially the boys who drive everything. Thank you for the great service you provide.
What I can say as to how I feel as customer is that I have only good memories and positive feelings associated with Drywash.There’s never been anything I don’t like about their company. What I like the most and what makes me loyal to Drywash is the human factor. The staff is friendly, kind, helpful, and always with a smile on their faces. I’m speaking for myself, but, from what I can see from other people is that, what most attracts customers and keeps them coming back is just that—feeling good about the welcoming they receive. Customers/people almost never return if they don’t feel good, if the place doesn’t radiate good vibes, regardless of the quality of the services/goods being sold. If I ever started my own business venture, I would choose my team and staff based first and foremost on their kind nature. Through kindness, cheerfulness, and a positive and friendly disposition, moving forward is easier.
